Karman Space & Defense is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to guide engineering teams in achieving excellence in cost, schedule, and technical performance. This full-time, onsite role in Mukilteo, WA includes collaboration with various teams and strong leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a minimum of 7 years of experience in the space and defense industry, and strong project execution abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the space and defense industry.
• Proven team leadership experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to achieve cost, schedule, and technical performance goals.
