Job summary

Associates Systems in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Integrated Project Manager to direct program execution across manufacturing, test systems, and administrative areas from inception through completion. The IPM will coordinate multi-disciplinary sub-IPMs and engineering teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Candidates should have extensive program management experience, EVMS familiarity, and the ability to communicate results to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in STEM, or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with EVMS and program management.
• Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering functions supporting hardware and software.
• Experience with production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments.
• IPM or Program Management experience coordinating with program offices, cross-functional teams, and customers.
• Experience with EVMS, IMS, IMS Scheduling, and risk management processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion across technical and administrative areas.
• Act as an Integrated Product Manager supporting multi-disciplinary sub-IPMs and teams.
• Manage cross-functional test teams including engineering disciplines.
• Oversee and coordinate administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with leadership to execute Earned Value Management per plans.
• Analyze project data to develop solutions that improve efficiency and execution.
• Facilitate project tasks across functions to align with objectives.
• Prepare proposals, business plans, budgets, and financial terms.
• Communicate test systems performance results to leadership and customers.
