Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)/Product Owner for rotating hardware on the F119 program. The role requires strong communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive technical execution with CIPT partners and suppliers.

You will lead risk management, milestones, and reviews, manage budgets and schedules, and guide teams through Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methods while delivering on program commitments across interfaces with Customers, SIPT, IPMT, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years’ experience
• Advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience
• U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Own CIPT responsibilities and ensure timely communication and risk management.
• Identify and close key technical risks with defined actions.
• Prepare for technical and program reviews with milestones.
• Manage IPT budgets and schedules; monitor baselines and delivery.
• Interface with customers and leadership; deliver concise updates.
• Support sustaining fielded engines with investigations and enhancements.
• Lead PM framework adoption (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) across teams.
