Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Engineer at the Orlando, FL site. The IPT Lead will guide a multi-disciplinary team through subsystem development, verification, and production tasks to meet program objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, communicating status to program management, managing risk, and driving technical decisions to ensure product quality while interfacing with other IPTs and the CAM. US citizenship required for clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Graduate degree or 4+ years of engineering experience preferred.
• Alternative: 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT on subsystem and component development, verification and production.
• Coordinate schedules, risks, and technical progress across teams.
• Provide status communications to Engineering Management and Program Manager.
• Support proposals and customer design reviews with technical inputs.
• Possess ability to obtain a US security clearance.
