Prattwhitney is seeking an engineer in Tucson, AZ, to design RF and microwave hardware including transmitters and receivers. The ideal candidate will have a background in RF design and testing, and must obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
This position includes responsibilities such as developing circuit card assemblies and working with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least two years of relevant experience.

Effector RF Design Department is responsible for designing RF and microwave hardware, including transmitters, receivers, and exciters. This includes design and test activities that span preliminary design to integration. Products we develop support radar and datalink applications on a variety of tactical missile programs. Critical to this role is designing for challenging mechanical constraints and extreme environments. The position is onsite, located in Tucson, AZ.
U.S. citizenship is required. An active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government issued security clearance prior to the start date, is required.
