Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking an Integrated Product Support Area Manager (L76) to lead a team of integrated product support project managers and specialists within the CSS Project Office. The role emphasizes leadership, hiring, coaching, and government liaison to drive performance and proposals.

Requirements include an advanced degree, 10+ years in defense, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and 90% onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MBA or Masters in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the defense industry, management, and/or related military service.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• 90% onsite presence
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support / Integrated Product Support as a project or program lead

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and guidance to the integrated product support team
• Personnel interviewing and hiring, training, development, coaching, and mentoring
• Representing GDLS leadership in Government meetings and critical events
• Overseeing program performance, including Earned Value & execution excellence
• Providing technical support to team throughout product support project phases including logistics design influence, logistics product development, and Government test and user evaluations
• Overseeing the development of major sole source and competitive proposals
• Managing departmental demand and manpower
• Ensuring compliance with GDLS policies
• Leading with an A-team mindset, focused on continuous improvement and performance excellence, to help GDLS achieve US Operations targets
