Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking an Integrated Producer to drive go-to-market campaigns and lead generation efforts. You will coordinate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and Sales Enablement to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in marketing, 5 years of related experience, and 3 years in marketing project management. PMP certification and experience with Adobe Workfront/Jira are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; 5 years marketing experience.
• 3 years marketing project management experience.
• Proven track record in executing marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
• Experience with B2B marketing and analytics.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, validate, and traffic incoming work based on marketing plans and demand generation goals.
• Allocate resources by organizing requests in Adobe Workfront, assigning task owners, and managing workflows from beginning to end.
• Control resource management by establishing workflow requirements, estimating effort, and maintaining timelines.
• Facilitate campaign kick-offs and cross-functional meetings to align Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Events and Sales Enablement.
• Monitor progress to meet delivery deadlines and manage risks and issues.
• Uphold brand guidelines and marketing strategy processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of Workfront usage across teams.

The Integrated Producer is responsible for collaborating with business unit Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, Events, and Creative team(s) to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market and lead generation marketing campaigns and activations. You will manage the overall scheduling, project scope, resourcing, and risks of campaigns from inception to creation.
