Qualifications

• Willing to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Translate inputs into a precise press plan.
• Handle daily press setup including first transfer and color calibration.
• Verify color and print quality throughout each run.
• Load paper stock by type, size, and color.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinate job details with team across shifts.
• Maintain clean and organized pressroom.
• Identify and report equipment problems.
