Job summary

Kinwell Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Psychologist to join the North Country Homes clinic in Spokane, WA. You will work as a core member of the primary care team, providing psychological assessments and evidence-based therapies to a diverse patient population.

You will collaborate with PCPs, engage in team-based care, and contribute to integrated behavioral health programs. The role supports same-day access and holistic care within primary care settings.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology; license within WA preferred.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in Washington.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Experience on interdisciplinary healthcare teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and DSM-5 aligned evaluations.
• Develop and implement CBT/DBT/ACT based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care teams to integrate care.
• Provide clinical consultation and staff training.
• Document encounters in the EHR with accuracy.
• Promote holistic behavioral health within primary care.
