MultiCare Health System is actively seeking an Integrated Mental Health Therapist (IMHT) for our primary care clinics. The position integrates a multidisciplinary team including a Psychiatric Consultant and PCPs, delivering evidence-based behavioral health care within a primary care setting.

The role emphasizes assessment, care planning, psychosocial therapy, and ongoing patient advocacy, with opportunities for growth in a supportive, community-focused environment in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials (LMFT/LMHC/LICSW) as defined under HB 1724.
• Minimum two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Aufgaben

• Assess symptoms and create customized treatment plans.
• Screen for behavioral health disorders using PHQ9, GAD7, and related tools.
• Monitor symptoms and treatment side effects to reduce symptoms.
• Support psychotropic medication management in collaboration with PCPs.
• Track outcomes and engage patients using the registry.
• Facilitate care plan changes and referrals when needed.
• Manage behavioral health crises in primary care.
• Provide flexible services via scheduled appointments and warm handoffs during visits.
