St. Luke’s Behavioral Health positions join a dedicated team within the Primary Care clinic to deliver integrated behavioral health care, including warm handoffs, crisis response, consultation, and evidence-based therapy.

The role coordinates mental health care within the clinic and facilitates referrals to services outside the clinic, supported by education days and a robust benefits package.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• License in state of practice and AHA BLS certification required.

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. It will function as a core member of the Primary Care team and practice integrated behavioral health, including warm handoffs, crisis response, consultation, and evidence-based therapy. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting mental health care within the clinic and for coordinating referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic.

What You Can Expect:

• Supporting Family Medicine Clinic and Internal Medicine
• Education days, 3 paid CE days annually
• Education Fund Available, $1000 annually
• Full Benefits and hospital contributions

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field
• Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification and hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
