Job summary

The Integrated Media Specialist will lead multi-channel paid media and events strategy for Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) and its enterprises, analyzing trends and consumer insights to uncover strategic opportunities while aligning creativity with business objectives.

Work with brands across industries, manage a detailed media budget, and collaborate with design, communications, and analytics teams to drive brand recognition, traffic, and customer acquisition, while continuously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience.
• 2+ years of social media experience preferably with Sprout Social, Hootsuite or other social media management platform.
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and external partners.
• High level knowledge of digital, print, and radio capabilities and ability to digest complex data.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive a comprehensive media strategy and budget anchored in print, digital advertising, social media, and events.
• Ensure campaigns align with marketing strategy and KPIs.
• Measure and report on paid media impact and program performance.
• Manage and optimize the media budget across channels.
• Analyze market data to maximize ROI and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate marketing content and campaigns across channels, including social media and email.
