Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Scheduler / Data Manager in El Segundo, CA, to lead the program-level Integrated Master Schedule and data management for SSC’s Horizon/BMC3I programs. You will coordinate schedules across projects, produce executive dashboards, and ensure disciplined control of CD­­RL deliverables.

The role requires a DoD background with T5/SCI eligibility, extensive MS Project and Office proficiency, and the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• IMS scheduling experience on complex programs and cross-organization coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint; capable of executive-level visuals.
• Experience establishing and enforcing disciplined data management for program artifacts and CDRL deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control the Program of Record IMS by integrating milestones, activities, dependencies, and interfaces.
• Coordinate lower-level schedules for projects and workstreams with traceability to the IMS.
• Perform schedule analysis to identify critical paths, risks, and impacts on program execution; provide insights to leadership.
• Create polished graphical schedule products, roadmaps, dashboards, and visual communications for status updates.
• Serve as the program data management focal point with structured repositories, naming conventions, and version control.
• Enforce data management controls to ensure accessibility, traceability, and compliance with requirements.
• Manage CDRL workflows including delivery schedules, reviews, and repository controls.
