Ladders and our client seek an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Manager to lead the development, integration, and governance of complex federal program schedules. This remote role partners with leadership to ensure schedule visibility, risks, and corrective actions across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings deep CPM discipline and DCMA/GAO best-practice experience, with strong dashboards and reporting for senior leadership. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Project Online is required.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in federal consulting or DoD programs.
• Expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and program controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Online.
• Experience with DCMA 14-Point Assessment and GAO Schedule Assessment best practices.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards and reports.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own the development, integration, and governance of complex program schedules across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in program controls, critical path analysis, and schedule discipline to support large-scale federal programs. You will also partner with leadership to provide clear visibility into schedule performance, risks, and corrective actions that help keep programs on track.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $113,000 - $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and governance for federal programs
• Manage schedule integration across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Conduct schedule analysis using Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and variance analysis
• Establish scheduling governance processes and ensure compliance with DCMA criteria
• Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership
• Support program reviews and advise on schedule impacts and corrective actions
• Lead scheduling activities using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online
