Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking an Integrated Marketing & Automation Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS/RCS, social, and other channels, reporting to the VP, Ecommerce.

You’ll collaborate with BU marketing managers, channel marketing, and the ecommerce team to drive lead generation, loyalty, and revenue, with a strong focus on automation, data insights, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with email, SMS/RCS, and social media.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, social and other channels.
• Collaborate with BU marketing managers, channel marketing and ecommerce teams.
• Lead automation, tagging, and personalization to improve engagement and conversions.
• Track performance with dashboards and reports to uncover growth opportunities.
• Oversee integration of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Magento).
