  • Coordinate with transportation partners for special handling of sensitive/controlled items (e.g., ITAR/EAR-controlled hardware).
Maintenance & Sustainment
  • Define maintenance concepts, repair loops, and depot-level support for SATCOM hardware.
  • Track equipment condition, warranty, and lifecycle; plan for obsolescence and technology refresh.
  • Support reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis.
Field Support & Mission Assurance
  • Coordinate field-level logistics support to maintain uptime and service availability.
  • Manage rapid-response logistics for fault recovery, terminal replacement, and contingency operations.
Compliance & Configuration Control
  • Ensure compliance with export control (ITAR/EAR), security, and configuration management requirements.
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and configuration records for all System hardware.
Data & Reporting
  • Maintain logistics data in ERP/WMS/TMS systems; produce KPIs and reports on inventory health, fill rates, turnaround times, and cost.
  • Support cost estimation and budgeting for logistics and sustainment.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS//SCI security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. Or equivalent years of experience (e.g. 10+ years)
