As an Integrated Lean Systems Specialist, you’ll play a central role in driving sustainable, transformational change across our entire value chain. You’ll help strengthen our global Lean management system, elevate process performance, and support teams in achieving meaningful improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence how an advanced manufacturing organization operates and grows—while building your own capabilities in continuous improvement, coaching, and leadership. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement.
• Exposure to major Lean systems (Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell, etc.) is advantageous.
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications (Lean Practitioner, Green Belt, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Skilled in coaching, training, and driving cross‑functional results.
