QuadMed is seeking an Integrated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a remote role. This leadership position will build and lead QuadMed's digital marketing capabilities, aligning strategy, technology, creative, and analytics to drive demand and measurable growth.

You will own the digital roadmap, manage HubSpot, WordPress, analytics, and integrations; develop full-funnel campaigns; and create connected customer journeys with automated nurture programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital and growth marketing experience.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred; targeting HR/CHRO leaders, brokers, and consultants a plus.
• Proven results in multichannel demand generation, budget management, attribution.

• Lead digital marketing roadmap, infrastructure, and standards; manage HubSpot, WordPress, analytics, and integrations.
• Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid media, SEO, social, email, and events.
• Build connected customer journeys, landing pages, and automated nurture programs.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, content creation, and reporting.
• Design high-impact board decks and executive-level marketing materials.
• Establish dashboards and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
