• Develop and lead integrated development and communications strategy.
• Oversee appeals calendar and donor pipeline.
• Serve as lead writer for donor appeals and stewardship reports.
• Establish KPIs linking communications performance to revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with program leadership and data team.
