Job summary

Civic Consulting Alliance in Chicago seeks a Development Director to lead fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and engagement across our public-private collaboration model.

You will report to the COO and work with the Leadership Team to advance the organization’s strategic plan, building lasting relationships with donors and implementing innovative, impact-driven campaigns in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This role also drives sustained revenue to expand services addressing inequities.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Development Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as a member of Civic Consulting Alliance’s growing Development and Communications Team (which also includes our Senior Associate of Development and Communications, with part-time support from an Operations Associate, and a client-facing Associate Principal, and Associate). Furthermore, they will collaborate closely with Civic Consulting Alliance’s leadership (Chief Executive Officer, Management Team, and Board) to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization’s strategic plan.
