Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator II in its Energy Storage Group to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout project phases. You will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment and must stay flexible, inventive, and confidential.

• Associates or Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field.
• Proficiency with REVIT Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or ArcGIS software.
• 4+ years related experience.
• Survey data knowledge and/or experience is preferred.
• GIS data management is a plus.
• Completion of intermediate level BIM/VDC software training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms
• Working with survey data; communicating with project field teams through Trimble Business Center software to deliver designs to survey equipment
• May include, Mortenson BIM/VDC uses existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning and record modeling
• Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction
• Document work process as it relates to improving and/or changing current company process standards
• Assist in training on VDC processes
• All integrated construction team members should be active participants in Mortenson's IDAT (Integrated Delivery Advancement Team) community of practice- sharing knowledge
• Daily work planning

The base pay range for this role is $89,500-$120,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
