Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in supervision or program management.
• Active LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT licensure required.
• Nonprofit behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to relate to diverse professionals and community partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with clinical staff, supervisors, and external contacts.
• Assist in implementing clinical strategy and supporting behavioral health initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes in clinical effectiveness and service operations.
• Develop and monitor clinical programs integrating primary care and behavioral health.
• Review and update Behavioral Health Manual annually or as needed.
• Ensure consistency of clinical documentation and reporting with the Performance Improvement Department.
• Oversee AVATAR (electronic health record) updates dissemination.
• Oversee and process requests for records from Managed Care and other payers.
• Plan and oversee additional certifications for BH programs.
• Provide orientation and training for new staff on Clinical Documentation.
• Potentially provide Telehealth assessments and short-term counseling as needed.
• Provide group/individual supervision toward licensure.
