Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC in South Atlanta, GA is seeking a Full‑Time Integrated Case Manager to provide comprehensive, patient-centered services throughout the treatment episode. The role integrates financial counseling, discharge planning, aftercare, employment support, and resource coordination into one accountable workflow.

Key duties include CMDP development, insurance education for patients, and coordination with payors and treatment teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred; minimum high school diploma
• Two years' clinical experience in medical and/or behavioral healthcare field

Responsibilities

• Meet with assigned patients within established timeframes and own the integrated case management workflow throughout treatment.
• Develop and update CMDP, identify barriers (financial, discharge, employment, insurance) and coordinate with patients and payors.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits, financial responsibility, billing expectations, and payment options.
• Review insurance coverage using payer portals and Revenue Cycle resources; address changes and coordination-of-benefits issues.
• Coordinate administrative components of FMLA, disability, state leave, and return-to-work requests; ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure CMDP documentation and discharge folders are complete and patient-ready; collaborate with teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational requirements.
