Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking an Integrated Case Manager to join our South Atlanta, GA team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on financial counseling, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, employment and leave-related support, and resource coordination throughout the treatment episode.

Responsibilities include assessing barriers, developing CMDP plans, educating patients on insurance and billing, and ensuring accurate documentation in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma.”
• Two years' clinical experience in medical/behavioral healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with assigned patients within organizational timeframes and own the integrated case management workflow.
• Complete case management and discharge needs assessments and develop CMDP.
• Educate patients about insurance benefits, financial responsibility, and billing expectations.
• Review insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility across systems and payer portals.
• Monitor coverage changes and coordinate payment arrangements and billing.
