Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform front and back office duties.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Perform preventive care screenings and update health maintenance tools.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as ordered.
• Conduct point-of-care testing (e.g., glucose, urine dip).
• Maintain documentation in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
