The Director partners with physicians, finance, quality, and revenue cycle to optimize patient flow, regulatory compliance, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• ACM or CCM certification required.
• Minimum of five years in acute healthcare care management or utilization management.
• Minimum of two years of progressive leadership in care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Integrated Care Management.
• Oversee Utilization Review, RN and Social Work Case Management, and readmission programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS and accrediting standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, care progression, and resource utilization.
