Position Summary: Under general supervision, facilitates report generation from various health care applications. Performs various administrative and support functions for department or mid-level management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Develop monthly individual dashboards to leadership and staff.
2. Create, maintain, and update files, databases, records and other documents.
3. Responsible for creating internal reports from various data collection methods.
7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews and appointments.
8. Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment.
9. Maintain and order office supplies.
10. Responsible for timekeeping functions of the department.
11. Perform general office duties including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
12. Performs other related duties as required and directed.
Qualifications:
Required:
· High school diploma
· Four years of clerical experience
