Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active licensure in California as an LCSW or Psychologist OR registration as an ASW or AMFT (clinical supervision provided).
• Solid understanding of psychological assessment, DSM-5, and evidence-based treatment models.
• At least one year of experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, particularly BIPOC communities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with OCHIN Epic or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver brief therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Support primary care providers with mental health consultations and collaborate on patient care plans.
• Screen adults and older adults for behavioral health needs.
• Provide referrals and linkages to appropriate community services.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
• Facilitate therapeutic or psychoeducational groups targeting mental and chronic health conditions.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and ethical standards.
