Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in California seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to adults in a primary care setting, focusing on accessibility and continuity of care. You will collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams to deliver evidence-based mental health care across the Oakland community, with telehealth options and a full-time caseload managed with professionalism.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Previous experience providing individual therapy or behavioral health services.
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms.
• Strong documentation skills and understanding of clinical charting requirements.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities
