Job summary

Impact Life in Delaware seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead outpatient, Social Prescribing, and Rural Health Hub programs, with a potential small caseload. Role emphasizes integrated care, staff development, and program quality across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate provides clinical leadership, ensures compliance, partners with medical and community resources, and advances recovery-oriented, person-centered care across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Delaware clinical licensure is required.
• Experience delivering behavioral health and/or substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide clinical oversight across Outpatient, Social Prescribing, and Rural Health Hub programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and support to outpatient staff.
• Support clinical decision-making related to assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
• Oversee outpatient behavioral health and IOP services and continue development.
• Support programming for mental health and substance use needs; monitor outcomes and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand outpatient services.
• Provide clinical guidance to wellness-related programming across services.
• Help develop pathways connecting participants with clinical services, primary care, and community resources.
• Support coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams to improve access and continuity.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload as needed.
• Conduct assessments, individual or group counseling, and treatment planning within licensure.
• Provide coverage during periods of increased program need.
• Monitor quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in chart reviews, quality assurance, and program evaluation.
• Assist with policy, procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, peer support, outreach, and recovery services.
• Support data collection and outcome measurement.
• Participate in statewide planning as Impact Life's outpatient continuum grows.
