Job summary

Impact Life is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and program oversight across our outpatient, social prescribing, and rural health hub services in Delaware. The role emphasizes integrated care and coordination with primary health care and community-based supports.

The position requires a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, and current Delaware licensure, with travel across the state to support programs and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current Delaware clinical licensure is required.
• Experience delivering behavioral health and/or substance use treatment.
• Knowledge of person-centered, recovery-oriented approaches.
• Ability to travel regularly between Impact Life locations in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide clinical leadership and supervision for Outpatient, Social Prescribing, and Rural Health Hub programs.
• Oversee outpatient behavioral health and IOP services; monitor quality and outcomes.
• Guide integration of behavioral health with primary care and community resources.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload as needed.
• Contribute to policy development, documentation standards, and program evaluation.
