evolvedMD is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our clinics in Crystal River and Hernando, FL. Join a nationally recognized team delivering integrated behavioral health within primary care.

You’ll collaborate with providers, apply evidence-based therapies, and drive outcomes for patients aged 5+. A Master’s in behavioral health and an active license are required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Competitive salary with bonus potential and strong growth support are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field and an active license (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, or LMFT) in good standing
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Proven dedication to patient impact and clinical outcomes
• Collaborative team player focused on Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care

• Contribute to an expanding clinical team with a new care model
