Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with an active license in good standing (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, RMFTI, or LMFT).
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Proven passion for patient impact and experience as counselor/therapist/social worker with diverse issues.
• Commitment to team collaboration and Whole Patient Care.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured interventions and evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
