Job summary

Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our integrated Behavioral Health team in Tampa, FL. The role provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults and children, including individual therapy, group interventions, care coordination, and clinical consultation within a primary care setting.

The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in psychology, an active Florida license, and experience delivering evidence-based therapies, autism evaluations,

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in Florida.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience in autism evaluations (ADI/ADOS) preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapy to adults and pediatric patients.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate behavioral health classes and group interventions in primary care.
• Coordinate with primary care providers and care teams to support integrated care.
• Maintain complete and timely electronic health record documentation.
• Supervise providers in training as assigned.
