The Integrated Campaign Specialist (ICS) will support the Growth and Customer Experience teams in developing and executing best-in-class multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. As a member of the Global Digital and Operations Center of Excellence (COE), this individual will provide tactical support for developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content syndication, webinar/event execution, and chat workflows. The ICS must also provide strategic, consultative guidance to marketing partners on best practices, optimization, as well as the tools and technology available to support and achieve campaign and business objectives.
