The Integrated Campaign Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline growth. This role is pivotal in translating marketing goals into measurable outcomes by owning the end-to-end campaign process—from strategy to launch. Working cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and operations, you'll build integrated programs that align with broader brand and lifecycle initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that include email nurtures, webinars, social, and digital outreach
  • Own campaign strategy, build timelines, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Audit and enhance existing email flows and customer journeys to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Track performance metrics and generate insight reports, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Align messaging and campaign schedules with Product Marketing and GTM initiatives
  • Introduce AI-driven campaign enhancements such as dynamic content or advanced personalization techniques
  • Deliver campaign briefs, performance dashboards, and participate in long-term planning sessions with leadership
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing or campaign management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and reporting
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and digital event execution
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Comfortable using tools like Asana, Zoom, and campaign dashboards to drive collaboration and visibility
  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $140,000 USD based on experience
  • Remote-first role, with in-person company meetups a few times per year
