Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
• Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – commitment to patient impact and driving clinical outcomes.
• Collaboration Dedication – desire to work as a team with diverse health providers to ensure Whole Patient Care.

Responsibilities
