Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psy D or PhD.
• Licensure in Maryland is required; preferred: LCSW-C, LCPC, psychologist.
• Two years of outpatient mental health experience with adults, children, and/or adolescents; primary care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts brief, evidence-based screenings and time-limited assessments.
• Creates and implements integrated treatment plans.
• Provides emergency assessment of patients in crisis and facilitates hospitalization if needed.
• Provides consultation to medical providers to coordinate care.
• Ensures documentation and notes are accessible to the care team and compliant with policy.
