Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist in Center Line to join the interdisciplinary team. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, provide crisis intervention, and participate in care coordination with Primary Care and Psychiatry.

The role requires a Master’s Social Worker and Michigan licensure, with experience in integrated behavioral health and serving diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Social Worker from an accredited school of social work.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan or able to obtain licensure.
• Experience in integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) models and with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy as indicated.
• Coordinate care with Primary Care Providers and Psychiatry.
