Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a behavioral health professional to support primary care teams in recognizing and treating mental health disorders and substance use. You will collaborate with providers, perform screenings, and deliver brief therapy within a primary care setting at Hampton Health in Hampton, NH.
Responsibilities include reviewing records, assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and educating staff.

As part of the primary care treatment team, assist primary health care providers with recognizing and treating mental health disorders and substance abuse by identifying, triaging and managing patients within the primary care setting. Collaborate with the primary care providers using behavioral health screenings to identify level of care, resources and treatment planning. Provide short-term therapy, using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours

$52,624.00 USD - $89,169.60 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
