Gardner Health Services is hiring an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to split time between the Atherton and San Jose clinics. The role involves conducting assessments, delivering brief evidence-based treatments, and coordinating referrals within a multidisciplinary primary care team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a qualifying behavioral health field and CA licensure/eligibility. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral equivalent required in a qualifying behavioral health discipline.
• Active California professional license or associate registration in eligible category.
• Strong knowledge of brief, evidence-based behavioral health treatments and integrated primary care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide brief evidence-based behavioral health treatment.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up to support patients’ behavioral and physical health needs.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a primary care setting.
