Genesee County Human Resources is seeking a supervisor to coordinate and direct the Intake operation during the shift, providing supervision to Youth Specialist and Program Aides, and facilitating peer group processes. You will work under general supervision and perform related duties as required.

Essential duties include coordinating intake activities, admissions, and releases, directing daily operations, reviewing policies, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a social science area.
• one year of experience in the supervision of residents in a childcaring institutional facility.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates intake activities.
• Directs intake staff in daily operations regarding the care and treatment of residents.
• Reviews work assignments and intake policies; prepares schedules; ensures coverage.
