Job summary

WellSpan Health in Lebanon, PA seeks a crisis intervention specialist to assist with triage, assessment, and crisis stabilization. You will provide clinical oversight, help with admissions, and connect patients to internal and external services.

The role involves supporting security and behavioral management and requires strong communication skills. Experience in psychology, counseling, or related human services is preferred; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of psychology, social work, or related experience (or qualifying for new grads).
• New graduates with a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Human Services related field will be considered.
