Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Intake Specialist (US) to handle incoming G&A submissions, verify information, and route to appropriate teams. The role is based in Lake Mary, FL with a hybrid schedule requiring 1–2 days in the office per week, plus occasional alternate locations within commuting distance.

Requires strong data entry skills and basic office equipment experience. As part of CLM > Claims Support, you will work to ensure timely, accurate intake processing and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for performing routine duties to handle incoming G&A submissions and inquiries to route to appropriate G&A Analyst teams, while adhering to compliance and regulated turnaround time standards.
