Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Performance Quality Audit III for CarelonRx Hybrid 1. This in-office 1-2 days per week role supports collaboration while allowing virtual work flexibility. A high school diploma with 5+ years of experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities include evaluating transaction quality, documenting issues, generating audit reports, and mentoring quality staff. Candidates from within commuting distance will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, documents, and reports any transaction errors or communications issues in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution.
• Tracks and trends audit results, providing feedback to management.
• Identifies and reports on systemic issues which create ongoing quality concerns.
• Generates monthly reports of audit findings, supports clients with issues identified and develops reports to assist management with information requested.
• Produces other ad hoc reports as requested by internal and external clients; provides training, mentoring and support to quality staff.
• Assists as subject matter expert conducting routine to complex audits across multiple systems and business lines.
• Works proactively and independently including calibration sessions with clients and/or teams.

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. How you will make an impact:

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (GED); minimum 5 years experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Working knowledge of insurance industry and medical terminology, and in-depth knowledge of relevant systems and proven understanding of processing principles, techniques and guidelines strongly preferred.
• Ability to acquire and perform progressively more complex skills and tasks in a production environment strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
