Mindset Care, Inc. is seeking an Intake Specialist to assess clients for SSDI/SSI eligibility and coordinate ongoing support. This remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong documentation skills, and experience in fast-paced environments.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and reliable internet are essential for success. You will collect client information, explain available services, and collaborate with the team to ensure accurate records and high-quality client care.

Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their needs and eligibility for services.

• Must be willing to work 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
