Job description

Our law office is growing fast, and we’re searching for a full-time bilingual legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients, screening, and surveying for potential cases. Responsibilities
  1. Make data entries into a computer while conducting telephone conversations with outside parties.
  2. Exhibit professional phone etiquette when dealing with others.
  3. Sit for extended periods as part of the role.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment with a strong record of achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with Lead Docket and Filevine is a plus.
  • Prior intake or call center experience is required.
  • Experience in the legal industry or familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Compensation

$21 - $23 hourly
