Job summary

Caring Senior Service in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Caring Hub Specialist to be the friendly first point of contact for families seeking care and for applicants. You will answer calls, schedule consultations and interviews, and keep information up to date in our software.

This office-based role requires excellent customer service and strong communication skills to support a fast-paced environment. Availability includes Monday–Friday with in-office attendance one day per week.

Caring Hub Specialist

Location- San Antonio, Texas
Mon- Fri- MUST be able to come in office 1 day a week

Do you enjoy helping people, talking on the phone, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Caring Hub Specialist to joinour team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking care and for applicants interested in joining our team. Your kindness, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive first impression while connecting people with the support they need.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries and job applicants by phone, text, email.
  • Schedule Client Care Consultations (CCCs) and interviews.
  • Enter and update information accurately in company software.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and applicants.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and involves:

  • Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
  • Frequent phone conversations using a headset.
  • Managing multiple priorities in a busy, high-volume environment.
Schedule

Availability is needed Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Hours may vary, and future opportunities for evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts may be available. MUST be able to come in office 1 day a week.
