Job summary

The Wellspring seeks a Client Services Advocate-FJC in Monroe, LA to coordinate intake, assess client needs and priorities, and ensure safe service flow for clients, visitors and callers.

Qualifications

• Two years experience working in social work or criminal justice field with related classes required.
• Intake and Scheduling experience is required.
• Knowledge of community/social resources is essential.
• Two years experience working with people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and flow of services for clients, visitors and callers.
• Coordinate the Intake process and assess client needs and priorities.
• Provide support and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault.
• Maintain client intake records and protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with agencies and manage referrals.
• Assist with training and supervision of volunteers/interns.
