Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Intake Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Responsibilities include coordinating assessments of incoming patients, collaborating with Intake Patient Access Representatives and Assessors, coordinating Doctor's assessments, initiating the admission process, and providing technical assistance in discharge planning under the direction of the Director of Intake Services.
